Case Study

Swift Trading

Swift Trading, led by director Shakeel, initially had strong reservations about moving their fabric business online. Their core belief was that fabrics need to be physically felt and experienced before purchase, making them hesitant about investing in a digital platform. After multiple discussions, we aligned the vision and demonstrated how a digital experience could replicate physical buying confidence. The engagement progressed through three stages: initial discovery meeting, UI/UX presentation, and a full-stack prototype delivery. The platform was built as a dynamic e-commerce system showcasing approximately 8 fabric categories, each with 12–13 color variations and design alternatives. To bridge the gap between physical and digital experience, we integrated AI-assisted visual generation to create realistic product environments. Each fabric was visualized across furniture applications such as sofas, ottomans, chairs, curtains, and bedheads—producing around five contextual visuals per fabric type. This significantly elevated product presentation and helped the client reimagine how their catalog could be sold online. The final result exceeded expectations, leading to a stronger-than-expected investment from the client and a long-term professional relationship. Swift Trading continues to engage with us beyond the project, with ongoing advisory discussions and client referrals.
